Dividend payout ratio and ROE

The ValueModel checks whether your ROE and DPR forecast deviates substantially from the past.

The reason for this check is, that these items usually don’t deviate much from the past without a good reason. However, if you can back up your assumptions to justify substantial changes, you can go ahead.
